Terms of Sale and Use

These terms apply to the apps DroneXR (Android and iOS) and DroneVR+ (Android), published by Appologics UG (haftungsbeschränkt) — see our Impressum.

1. Purchases

• All purchases are made and processed through the app store you downloaded the app from — Google Play or the App Store — under that store’s terms.
• What a purchase unlocks, and for how long, is shown in the app before you buy. A one-time purchase gives lasting access to the features it unlocks; a time-limited pass ends at the end of its period and does not renew automatically unless stated otherwise in the app.
• Prices are shown in the app and set by the store for your country. A later price change does not affect a purchase you have completed.
• Purchases are tied to your store account, not to your phone, and can be restored on another device with the same account.

2. Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, according to its refund policy — request them through your Google Play or App Store account. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

3. Flying safely

• You fly at your own risk and remain responsible for your aircraft at all times.
• You must comply with the aviation laws and regulations of the country you fly in. Where FPV flying requires a spotter to keep the drone in sight, you must have one.
• With a headset on, your awareness of your surroundings is limited. Fly in open areas, away from people, and know how your drone’s Return to Home works before you take off.
• Video and control links can be lost, and apps can crash. Except where liability cannot be limited by law — in particular for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health — we are not liable for damage to your aircraft or other property resulting from such events.

4. Compatibility

• Our apps require a compatible DJI drone, a compatible phone and a VR headset. Which drones each app supports is listed on dronexr.de/drones.
• Please try the free Demo and the free trial with your own equipment before you buy.
• Updates by DJI, Apple or Google may affect how the apps work. We aim to keep them compatible but cannot guarantee it for every future change.
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by DJI.

5. Changes

We may develop the apps further, which can change features. Features you have paid for will not be removed without a reasonable replacement, except where DJI, Apple or Google make them impossible to provide.
